We need your ideas!

Since its launch in August 2014, our ‘Story of the Month’ competition with Nursing Times has brought to light and celebrated inspirational and moving examples of excellence in practice.

‘Story of the Month’ reflects the aims of 6Cs Live! in sharing good news, highlighting improvement stories, celebrating success and spreading examples of good practice in improving the quality of care and the experience of patients.

To mark the year since ‘Story of the Month’ launched, we are now holding a competition to relaunch and rename it.

You can send your entries for a new name to us as follows:

• By tweeting us your suggestion and using the hashtag #story6Cs
• By email to england.sixcslive@nhs.net
• By posting them on the message board in our ‘Story of the Month’ community

Closing date: Tuesday 26th August

The winner will be announced early September and will receive a goody bag of 6Cs promotional items.

We look forward to seeing all your great suggestions!

Thanks,

The 6Cs Live! team
